You get an exact quote for free after the showroom visit — no hidden costs, everything on paper.
Plan on 10 to 14 weeks from final order. Broken down: 1 week to finalise the 3D design, 6-8 weeks of production in Westphalia (Germany), 2-3 weeks shipping container to Curaçao, 1 week for final inspection and installation. We always work with realistic timelines — no empty promises.
Yes — entirely free and no-obligation. After measuring up at your home we create a 3D render you can take home, rotate and share with family. Only when you sign off on the design does the order go into production. No deposit before that moment.
Small changes (front colour, handles) are usually free up to about week 2 of production. After that the bespoke joinery is already in motion and changes can carry extra cost. Major layout changes after ordering require a new order. We're always upfront about this before you sign.
20-year factory warranty on cabinets and fronts. 5-year factory warranty on built-in appliances (AEG, Bosch, Siemens and similar). 2-year warranty on the installation through our installation partner. Keukenoutlet stays your single point of contact — no need to call the factories yourself.
